If coming from Tokyo Station

JR Tokyo Station → JR Kimitsu Station (approx. 90 minutes), 10 minutes by taxi from the North Exit.
Or board the Kimitsu-bound bus at Keisei Bus stop No. 2 at the Yaesu South Exit, and get off at Kimitsu Eki Minami Guchi (approx. 60 minutes), 10 minutes by taxi.

Factory established: metal die manufacturing and sales begin.
1989
Mass production of press-machined products begins.
We succeed in making the world’s first press-machined stepped lids.

Basic Policy on Responsible Mineral Procurement

Yoshikawa Kogyo Co., Ltd. promotes responsible mineral sourcing in its corporate activities and global supply chain in order to fulfill its corporate social responsibilities.

In accordance with the Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, we will avoid procuring raw materials under the following conditions.

  1. Child labor and other human rights violations
  2. Poor working conditions, environmental destruction, and pollution
  3. Providing funding for terrorists
  4. Fraudulent transactions
  5. Complicity in conflicts

In accordance with our basic policy, we have a policy of not using minerals (tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold, and cobalt) originating from conflict-affected and high-risk areas as raw materials.

Initiatives

We understand the American Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the EU Conflict Minerals Regulation, and we will comply with them whenever we identify and select suppliers of raw material for use in our products. We also encourage our suppliers to understand the efforts of Yoshikawa Kogyo Co., Ltd.. We are committed to ensuring that our customers can use our products with the confidence that we are abiding by the OECD Due Diligence guidelines and the RBA Code of Conduct.

With regard to the information necessary for the conflict minerals survey conducted by Yoshikawa Kogyo Co., Ltd., we will cooperate with responsible mineral procurement in accordance with our basic policy.
